Overview:

Located in Croatia's mosty developed and progressive county, Međimurje, this stylish and modern property has all the features necessary for a luxury lifestyle. One or two small towns are within a few minutes drive as is the county capital city of Čakovec. Within the locale lies the major international resort of Sveti Martin Na Muri plus numerous wine tourism routes, old palaces and perhaps the prettiest little towns in Europe.
Sited on a quiet country lane, it has the ease of access of an asphalted road yet almost no traffic passing by. There are nearby houses but none so close as to be described as neighbours, privacy without isolation is an accurate description for the environment. The price includes all the fixtures, fittings and furniture as shown in these images with the exception of any personal items.
The rear garden is very large, is well kept and mostly flat. All the surrounding views are of a rural/green nature. At the time of writing, the garage block has not yet been correctly recorded on the local land usage register. This is currently being corrected, it is not a contentious issue nor is there a dispute of any kind. This bureacratic work will be completed before sale.
