Overview:

Located on a hill top on a dead-end country lane among other similar vineyard properties, here are a pair of side-by-side 'weekend' properties.
One being a simple one room up, one room down plus a bathroom and it has a good sized terrace with a beautiful view.
The second is a three story cottage having a hallway, living room, small kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom and two good sized rooms which await your imagination on how best to use them. There are two balconies, both with long beautiful views.
The properties are available individually but this is not the preferred outcome desired by the sellers, consequently we have no prices for each individual cottage. The two buildings sit within a few metres of each other and, in the past, have been used as a holiday home where the smaller cottage has played host to their friends and relatives.

The buildings are of brick and render construction, in no way could they be described as temporary structures. The land is comprised of a steep sided hill on which half retains a living hobby-sized vineyard, the other half is mown grass and has the appearance of a ski/toboggan slope. Most of the land plot is currently designated as "agricultural" land and cannot be purchased by non-Croatian citizens until July 2023 when this restriction will be lifted for EU and perhaps EEA citizens. The seller has given a commitment to organise and fund a re-zoning of the land if that will assist a non-Croatian buyer.
