Inland Croatia real estate for sale: Large suburban house at Varaždin.
Ref: 1872 Banfica
A large suburban detached house with five split level floors, double glazing, gas central heating and with space for up to six bedrooms.
A 3/4 view from the street showing the front and the west side of the house, the driveway and gates are to the right of the building (it was dustbin collection day). The garage (low left) shows the bottom level, the window above is the third level in that an in-between (split) level is to the right of the building. The window/balcony is at the 5th level. The main entrance door is at the rear.
The opposing 3/4 view showing the front and east sides.
The rear of the house - on a day when tradesmen were in laying a new laminate floor to the right of the open entrance door. As can be seen from the exterior A/C units, the house features air conditioning.
Not including this lounge, the kitchen and bathrooms, we counted six other rooms which could be used as bedrooms or .... as you see fit. This air-conditioned room is a large space and enjoys plenty of natural light from tall windows running almost its entire length.
The lounge viewed from the other end.
The kitchen is quite spacious and is well laid out.
A large bedroom with big windows, the parquet flooring is the original hard wood type.
Another even bigger bedroom. Genuine parquet flooring, air-con and oodles of space
One of two good sized and beautifully fitted out bathrooms, this one is the smaller of the two
A neat small diner located at mid-level.
As we went through the house taking these pictures, we kept finding more huge bedrooms - here's another!
Another bedroom, this time at the mid-level. There is a double bed but I'm sitting on it to take this photo, it gives you an idea of what can be seen through the windows. We have quite a few more photos, if this property is hitting the spot for you, just contact us and we'll get all the images to you.
As bathrooms go......
this one is huge - a done beautifully.
The entrance hallway (and dog). There is another room to the left (the workmen were laying the new floor at the time) plus one other at this level (the 5th and 6th bedrooms) plus the integral garage and a number of staircase/landings. We do have photographs of all the spaces throughout the house.
The rear garden is small by Croatian standards but is thus quite manageable. There are mature trees around, it is semi-secluded.
The view from an upper rear window showing the rear garden. There are no houses backing on to it, instead there is a private area belonging to the local supermarket (not a public area) hence, for a suburban dwelling it's quite secluded, only your nearest neighbours can see into it.
The view from the land behind the rear garden.
A view of the street from the blind end. This house can be identified by the yellow "1872".
