Fully renovated cottage style house for sale near Novi Marof.
A small one bedroom cottage style detached house with a large annexe and manageable sized garden located on a very quiet lane at Krč, a kind of sub-suburb near the city of Novi Marof.
Viewed from the sideway/parking space which is grassed over block work (mud free). The main entrance door is at the centre of the building, the day room window is to the left, the bedroom to the right.
Viewed from the lane to the other side of the house where it forms the border with the neighbour's property.
Viewed from the end of the buildings looking back towards the front of the property.
Moving indoors, a view of the main day room looking towards the two road-side windows which face the front of the property. There is a mezzanine above the camera position.
The same room viewed from the opposite wall looking back at the kitchen area (left), stepway to the upper mezzanine and to the hallway and main entrance (right).
The mezzanine is accessed from the main day room and extends over most of the under-roof space. The steps are steep and the roof is low but this space is nicely finished and quite useable. There is a window at the far end of this room but the shutter was closed at the time of this photograph. There is ample natural light.
A view to the main day room from the mezzanine which shows the day room's near double height ceiling and cross beams.
The hallway and main entrance located at the centre of the building. The bathroom entrance is the door to the left, the bedroom door is at the far end.
The bathroom is relatively large and modern. The window faces the neighbouring property although in this image, the exterior shutter was closed.
The opposite view of the bathroom. The gas fired central heating boiler is located here.
A view of the bedroom from the door leading to the hallway. The ceiling beams and timberwork are fully functional, as is the case throughout this house.
Alternative view of the bedroom.
Now entering the lower annexe building which has a number of rooms and spaces. This room is located nearest the house, the entrance to a basement can be seen at left.
Fully underground basement.
This room is second in line from the main house and, like the first, appears to be dry and in good condition.
The third room has what appears to be a brick arched roof/ceiling and, as before, is useful and in good condition.
Fourth annexe room.
Fifth and final annexe room - again with brick arched roof/ceiling.
The garden is of manageable size (see key points below for details) and contains this gazebo.
A heavyweight brick/concrete barbeque is located in the garden.
Viewed from near the bottom of the garden, looking back up towards the front of the property.
The layout and orientation of the buildings and land. There is a railway line about 100 metres away which sees a service of about one train per 1-2 hours. One passed whilst we were there, they are slow and the noise level is very low. This little neighbourhood is surrounded by meadows and orchards.
