The layout and orientation of the buildings and land. There is a railway line about 100 metres away which sees a service of about one train per 1-2 hours. One passed whilst we were there, they are slow and the noise level is very low. This little neighbourhood is surrounded by meadows and orchards.

Overview:

Located amid a tiny gathering of about eight dwellings, this group of houses are a mix of nicely renovated homes and older style buildings. They are sited quite close to each other yet the immediate community has the feel of "rural" about it despite the city of Novi Marof being just a few minutes' walk away.
The fixtures, fittings and finishes of the residential building are modern and of good all round quality. The decoration is done in a country cottage style, a mixture of smooth white walls and ceilings amid exposed genuine structural timber beams - there are no 'mock' timbers here.
