A large detached house on a pretty hill top at Beretinec - to finish.
The project got as far as building the walls, roof, windows and installing services, the rest is to finish. A blank canvas!
Walls, roof, windows, doors, electrics, drainage and water are all installed.
Located on a hill top with large garden to the front (pictured) and orchard to the rear.
Entrance hall and one of two large ground floor rooms. The central heating pipes and electric cable runs can be seen.
The second of two large rooms at the ground floor (open plan connection to the first) with wrap around windows overlooking the extensive views (see final image).
Lower ground floor room one.
Lower ground floor room two.
Lower ground floor room three. There are four rooms at the lower ground level, on average measuring about 4.0m x 2.5m each plus a central hallway.
Lower ground floor room four - garage style. Measures 5.2m x 3.0m with a 2.5m high ceiling.
Covered area outside of lower ground floor room four.
One of two staircases linking the lower ground floor to the ground floor and the other (pictured) linking the ground floor to the upper floor. The latter has a window to the flank wall.
The huge upper 'under roof' floor is designed to be a full live-in space with upright side walls, insulated roof and installed pipework for central heating. Measuring 9.1m x 8.8m. The upright walls mean pretty much the whole space is usable without the need to crouch, the floor is concrete, double-skin wood lined roof/ceiling, electrics already in situ, windows to rear and flank walls, long views. There is a sectioned off piece of 4.1m x 2.7m which is ready for an en-suite installation.
Viewed from the bottom of the orchard looking back up towards the house. It was grey rainy day when we took the photographs.
The front parking area and the adjacent country lane access.
The view from the windows overlooking the rear orchard and out northwards over northern Croatia and into Slovenia.
Aerial image of the plot and nearby surroundings.
