It is most unusual for a countryside land plot to have a roadway, electric, gas, telephone and mains water supplies. The land is orientated in a long narrow (circa 46m wide) strip, airstrip proportions perhaps! There are no shops within walking distance but the major city of Vrbovec is about a 15 minute drive away. The neaby stocked sport fishing lake sets the scene for the local activities, the neighbouring lodge provides for a club house and for those "the one that got away" tales. New members are always welcone.
This land is currently divided into two narrow side-by-side strips, the roadside section is designated building land which is circa 40 metres deep. The land beyond is designated arable farm land.
There is a small ruin located in the building zone section which enables a much less complicated planning process if you wish to build on the same footprint. A rare advantage is the presence of an asphalted access, electric supply, mains gas and on-site water supplies.
