Overview...

The lower terrace is at the sub basement level (ground level at the back of the house, basement level at the front). The external stairs lead up to the main day room, entrance hallway and WC/shower room.
The entrance to the property is via a double gateway to the front which leads directly onto the quiet roadway. There is a sizeable parking space in the front garden. A pathway leads past the side entrance of the house, downhill from the front to the rear. The rear ground level consists of a sheltered terrace (pictured above) and a door leading to the dining room and small kitchen.
The side staircase leads up to a small entrance/hallway with doors leading to the day room and upper terrace, WC/shower room and the wooden steps leading to the top floor.
There is small hallway at the top of the steps, a door leads to the bedroom. We are advised by the seller that all fixtures, fittings and furniture will remain with the exception of the terrace table.
