A very quiet rural location on a country lane, this small two-storey building (requiring re-modelling) has a manageable sized land plot and some pretty rural views.
The village of Novakovec lays about 1-2km away down in the valley, the wine road from the village leads up into the hills to where this property is located. Typical of the region, this property has provided an evenings and weekends retreat for the owners where they worked their family sized vineyard and relaxed in this little house whilst regularly 'sampling' their produce. It is a favourite and traditional way to spend time away from the bustle of working life.
