Premium land plot at Železna Gora in Upper Međimurje

As far as land plots go, this one has everything. A hill-top location, almost level land, roadway access. Electric, water and gas connections are already on site, there are very nice views, it is zoned for residential/holiday home construction only, foreign ownership is not restricted and the location of Upper Međimurje is the single most popular region in northern Croatia.
Viewed from around the mid-point of the plot from the western border looking (generally) south-east. The old building is in good repair, it was once used as a piggery. The old well is no longer used as mains water is now on site but could be put back into use very easily, either with a pump/filter system or with a chain and bucket if you prefer aesthetics over function. Alternatively, it can be easily filled in and removed.
Viewed from around the mid-point of the plot from the western border looking (generally) due east. If this were to be the site of your house, then this is the view you would have. We have used a wide-angle lens here in order to get as much into the photograph as possible but with the result that things look a little 'flatter', the real-life view looks a touch more dramatic.
Viewed from a point about 15 metres short of the northern tip, it looks back south-wards along the length of the plot.
