Moving down to the lower apartment

Moving down to the lower apartment, it also has a rear facing aspect so there is no feeling of being in a sub basement, it enjoys the same view as the upper apartment and looks down and out onto the vineyards. The terrace is equally huge and, showing it's design as more a holiday place than residential, the kitchen/bar is located outside on the terrace.

The current owners have been doing this for years, the arrangement suits both absent owners and local wine producers.
